Pilot terms of use

RaiseRails is an invite-only testing pilot. Access is personal, revocable, and provided as-is while the pilot is evaluated.

Use of the pilot

Use only your own invitation and account. Do not share access, attempt to bypass controls, scrape content, or use the pilot unlawfully.

Jessica and uploads

Jessica provides general funding information, not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Do not provide confidential, sensitive, financial-account, health, or third-party personal data in messages or uploaded files. We may suspend access to protect users, data, or the pilot.

Pilot availability

The pilot may change, pause, or end at any time. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong; verify important information independently before acting on it.

Data and confidentiality

Access to the RaiseRails dataset is personal and confidential, and acceptance of the data & confidentiality terms is required before use.
