Data & confidentiality terms

RaiseRails' funding dataset is original, hand-verified research that we share with you for the duration of this pilot. It is not public data, and it is not yours to pass on.

What you may do

Use the dataset to make funding decisions for your own startup, and to prepare your own fundraising or applications. That includes sharing a finding with your own team internally.

What you may not do

Do not scrape, bulk-export, resell, republish or redistribute the dataset, in whole or in part, and do not use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any other product or model. Do not share your access, your sign-in code or your password with anyone, and do not pass dataset content to people outside this pilot — including investors, advisors and other founders.

What we record

When you tick this box we store your account identifier, this version of the terms and the date. We do not store your IP address with it.

If you need to share something

Ask us first at taylor.griffin@esmt.berlin and we will arrange it in writing. This pilot agreement supplements the pilot terms of use.
